KUPD Dave Pratt & The Sex Machine Band
This is digging WAY back to our entry into recording, radio and production. Dave Pratt was one of the original "shock jocks" of morning radio.
Mike and I were part of Dave's initial rise in the Valley. We were in the enviable position of being paid to write goofy songs, record in nice studios and hear those songs played on the radio daily.
For a pair of 18 year old kids, it was a great introduction to the music business. We also learned about dodging whipped cream and flying pizzas at the live shows....good skills to have.
